Whether it’s an existing hall, vacant commercial space or a suitable outdoor site, meet padel assesses the potential of your property and develops a viable concept for using it as a padel facility. We combine hands-on experience in developing and operating padel facilities with the real estate expertise of GARBE – from the first site assessment and agreeing the framework through to opening day and ongoing operations.
What your space should offer:
Indoor space from 1,200 m² or outdoor-only space from 1,000 m²
7.5 metres to the underside of the girder, 8 metres clear height
A column-free area of 10 × 20 metres per court
A location in a town or city of 20,000 inhabitants or more
Zoning: commercial or mixed-use areas are ideal, as are permits under Section 34 of the German Building Code (BauGB)
Parking available right outside
