How do I apply to meet padel?

It’s simple: send us your application by email with your CV and a few lines about yourself. You do not need an elaborate cover letter – what interests us most is who you are, what you can do and why meet padel appeals to you.

Can I send a speculative application?

Yes, absolutely. Even if there is no matching position advertised right now, we would be happy to hear from you. We’re growing steadily – and we will get back to you as soon as a role that suits your profile becomes available.

Do I need to be able to play padel myself?

No. What matters far more is that you bring enthusiasm for the sport, our community and your role. You will pick up the game along the way – on our courts you will quickly become a fan yourself.

What does the application process look like?

We will get back to you shortly after receiving your application. In a first introductory conversation – by video call or directly at one of our locations – we’ll get to know each other and find out whether we’re a good fit. Depending on the role, a trial day on site may follow so you can get to know the team and the day-to-day work.

Which locations can I work at?

meet padel operates padel facilities at several locations across Germany, including Hamburg, Cologne, Mannheim, Westerburg and on the island of Föhr. Depending on the role, you will work directly at a specific location, across several locations or in areas such as site development.

What kinds of roles are there at meet padel?

From training and events through to running our facilities, community, marketing and site development: at meet padel there are many ways to help make the sport big – for newcomers and experienced professionals alike.
