MeetPadel GmbH – we are building the future of padel
meet padel operates modern padel facilities in Germany and across Europe. Our standard: high-quality courts, modern technology and places where sport and community naturally belong together. To strengthen our assembly team we are looking for practically skilled and reliable fitters (m/f/d) who want to help build padel as a sport.
Your responsibilities.
Construction and assembly of padel courts (steel structures, glass and mesh elements as well as floor build-ups)
Installation on concrete foundations or modular stilt structures
Working from technical drawings and assembly plans
Handling professional assembly tools and equipment
Working on site in a small, well-practised assembly team
Assignments on changing construction sites
Typical tasks on the construction site
Unloading the delivered materials
Assembling the steel frame structure of the padel court
Precisely fitting and adjusting the glass walls
Laying the artificial turf including the application of silica sand
Installing the net, doors and floodlight systems
Final acceptance and fine adjustment of the entire facility
What you bring.
Practical craft skills (e.g. metalwork, timber construction, exhibition construction, drywall construction or comparable)
Experience in erecting structures or modular systems
Confident use of standard assembly tools (cordless screwdriver, hammer drill etc.)
Physical resilience and a willingness to work at height
A category B driving licence
Willingness to travel within Germany including occasional overnight stays
An advantage: a forklift licence and welding skills
General conditions
Places of work: indoor (commercial and industrial halls) as well as outdoor (sports facilities)
Project duration: approx. 2–3 days per court
Working hours: depending on the project, partly flexible, weekend work possible
Regular travel assignments within Germany
