meet padel operates modern padel facilities in Germany and across Europe. Our aspiration: premium courts, state-of-the-art technology, and places where sport and community naturally belong together. We approach every facility on its own terms, yet always as part of a bigger whole — from site development and venue design through to day-to-day operations, coaching, events, and an active community.
Your responsibilities.
Welcoming and looking after our guests
Point of contact for players with questions about the venue and padel operations
Making sure the venue, courts, and lounge areas are clean and tidy
Supporting the day-to-day operations and the use of the booking system
Customer Experience: ensuring a great guest experience – from the first hello to the final rally
Events & Community: helping out with tournaments, events, and community activities
Social Media: helping create social media posts and content
Supporting partnerships with local businesses, clubs, and other partners
What you bring.
Experience in the sports, leisure, or events sector is a plus
A real enjoyment of working with guests and a strong service mindset
Enthusiasm for sport, padel, and a young community
You keep a clear head even when the venue gets busy
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confident with digital tools and booking system
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
