meet padel operates modern padel facilities in Germany and across Europe. Our standard: high-quality courts, modern technology and places where sport and community naturally belong together. We think about every facility individually, but as part of a whole – from site development and the hall concept through to daily operations, training, events and an active community.
Your responsibilities.
Operational management of several locations: ensuring smooth day-to-day business – from on-site organisation and booking systems through to inventory management
Team leadership: leading, coordinating and motivating the teams of coaches, service and cleaning staff
Customer experience: ensuring an excellent customer experience – from the first contact to the final rally
Marketing, events & social media: planning and delivering local marketing activities as well as organising tournaments, events and community initiatives
Sales & partnerships: building and maintaining collaborations with local businesses, sponsors, clubs and other partners
Finance & controlling: managing the key figures, owning the budget and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and optimise costs
What you bring.
Experience in sports, leisure or event management is an advantage
A genuine enjoyment of leading and developing people
You enjoy working with guests and have a strong sense of service
Enthusiasm for padel or other racket sports
Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident use of digital booking systems
Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays
A category B driving licence and the willingness to travel between our locations within the region
